My journey with Pilates began while training as a dancer, where a growing fascination with science and anatomy intertwined with the inspiration drawn from my Pilates teacher. This synergy laid a strong foundation for my dedication to the method and proved invaluable when dealing with a serious injury at the start of my professional dance career. Trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), I incorporate their evidence-based approach and commitment to holistic health into my teaching. The APPI method, renowned for its step-by-step rehabilitation-focused Pilates programs, ensures that clients progress safely from injury to full fitness, emphasising strength, control, and body awareness.

As a certified Pilates Matwork Instructor, I specialise in 3D Standing Pilates, Pilates for Strength and Conditioning, Pilates for Runners, and Pilates for Cyclists. Having experienced serious injury myself, I understand the importance of treating my clients with the utmost respect, confidentiality, patience, and care. Your health and wellbeing are my top priorities.

I work with clients of all ages and physical abilities, creating customised programmes that deliver tangible results. My thoughtful and creative approach ensures each session is engaging and effective. I have successfully trained dance companies with bespoke exercises suited to their current performances and offer personalised sessions at clients' homes, especially for the elderly, designing routines that accommodate their home environment and mobility.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I developed my own method for online teaching, using everyday household objects to creatively compensate for the lack of in-person interaction. This innovation ensures that clients can continue their Pilates practice seamlessly, no matter where they are. My sessions emphasise injury prevention and holistic well-being, harmonising movement and wellness to help you achieve your goals with mindful, personalised instruction. To enhance your Pilates experience, I also offer optional posture assessments. These assessments can tailor your program more effectively to your specific needs and goals.
